Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable are not eligible for return.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Undergarments, socks, or hygiene-related apparel

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as “final sale” during promotions

  • Damaged items due to misuse or customer negligence


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email our customer support team at info@crowmobclothing.site with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and shipping address.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return packages.


5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Refunds do not include any shipping charges paid at the time of order.

  • If the product is found to be worn, damaged, or not in original condition, a partial refund or denial may occur.


6. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size, color, or item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • We will replace the item or offer a full refund, including return shipping, once the claim is approved.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • First, check your bank or credit card account again.

  • Then contact your payment provider—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
